On the morning of Wednesday, December 7, 2022, at the University of Tripoli, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Libyan Center for Counterterrorism and the University of Tripoli. The agreement was signed by the Director of the Libyan Center for Counterterrorism, Ala Mohamed Bashir Saleh, and Dr. Khalid Mohamed Aoun.
